I have forgotten my Bluetooth password, how can I reset my Hoverzon?

To factory reset the Hoverzon and clear the forgotten Bluetooth password and/or board name, simply turn off the Hoverzon. Once off and the board is completely leveled on the floor, press and continue to hold the Power button for 15 seconds. When the Status LED's and front indicator lights begin to start blinking, release the Power button. After press the Power button once more to turn off the board and press again to power back on. Your scooter is now reset back to factory settings.
